Mary Ann Kabel, Director of Corporate Communications for DP&L, says the company offers extended payment plans, and will even send someone in person to try to make contact and get an in-person payment on the day of disconnection.
鈥淲e hope that our customers are not at that point," Kable says. "Since we have given such advanced notice for them to take these opportunities and enroll in a plan.鈥
Kabel said payment on the day of disconnection must be contactless. People who need help with their utility payments have some options here in the Miami Valley: the and DP&L鈥檚 program both have funds available for utility customers in need.
