Dolly Parton, Carla Thomas, Fanny, The Runaways and Salt n Pepa are just some of the women who should be in the Hall by now.

Houston, the only woman included in the 2020 class of a male-dominated institution, will be joined by Biggie Smalls, Nine Inch Nails, The Doobie Brothers, T. Rex and Depeche Mode.

The 2020 inductees to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame will be announced Jan. 15. Systemic issues 鈥� in the industry and the nominating process 鈥� have maintained a severe imbalance.
