Ohio food banks starving for funds to replace rapidly dwindling supplies

Ohio's food banks have asked for $50 million in federal COVID-19 relief funds, saying the situation is "severe."

The Franciscan Center in Baltimore serves a hot lunch daily to those who need extra help, even if they receive food stamps. Those benefits could end for 755,000 able-bodied adults.
