State and federal law enforcement raided Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish鈥檚 office Thursday afternoon, a move that Budish denounced as 鈥渨ithout justification.鈥� About nine agents from the FBI and the state Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrived before noon and spent several hours in the county headquarters building, leaving just before 4 p.m., county spokeswoman Mary Louise Madigan said.
