The Schumacher Gallery at Capital University is a collection of over 2,000 works that are wonderfully diverse and are available for study and enjoyment. The collection鈥檚 director, David Gentilini met up with Kate in the kitchen to talk about the gallery and whip of one of his favorite crowd pleasing recipes.
