Fair Housing in Ohio

Fair housing is the right to choose housing free from unlawful discrimination. However, discriminatory practices, financial scamming and the lack of affordable housing still place renters at a disadvantage.

The Legal Aid Society of Columbus recently received funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to initiate a Fair Housing program. We’ll discuss the need for fair housing education and practices in Ohio.
