The Ohio Supreme Court yesterday struck down state house and senate district maps saying that the Republican-controlled redistricting commission did not draw districts that correspond with the statewide voter preference of Ohioans.
The court also ordered the commission to adopt new maps that meet constitutional muster within 10 days.
