The sprawling and diverse restaurant scene foodies in central Ohio know and love started from more humble beginnings.
It evolved over many decades, from a few fine dining establishments in downtown Columbus to entire restaurant neighborhoods, with eateries clustered in German Village, Short North, Old Dublin and Bridge Park and more.
