The Big Ten Conference announced that the fall sports season, including football, would be postponed due to COVID-19 health and safety concerns.
Fall sports affected by the decision: men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 cross country, field hockey, football, men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 soccer and women鈥檚 volleyball.
The committee left open the possibility of those sports competing in the spring.
