Over a decade ago, a blue plume of air pollution descended upon the small Ohio River village of Cheshire, Ohio. The acid-mist, which fell from the Gavin power plant located in the village, caused immediate physical harm. After complaints grew, AEP bought the entire village to silence the residents. Today, we look back on the village.
