Two people are in jail and charged with murder after the shooting death of a 16-year-old boy on Columbus鈥� south side on Wednesday.
Police say Dustin Parsley was arrested yesterday and Alexandra Bowen was taken into custody early this morning.
Police have not publicly identified the teenager who was reportedly shot inside a car off South High Street.
