Season's First Snowfall Delays and Cancels Some Classes.

Snow is falling across Ohio this morning. The National Weather Service says reports an inch or more on the ground with another inch or two on the way. Road crews in Franklin and surrounding counties are salting and plowing major throughfares. The Ohio Highway Patrol describes highway conditions as "wet and slick." Accidents on interstates are beginning to slow traffic this hour. The season's first snowfall has also delayed or canceled some classes for area schools:
