This December, Classical 101 marks the holiday season with a variety of specials and daily local selections from our hosts.
The Hanukkah special 鈥淐andles Burning Brightly鈥� returns this year with host Mindy Ratner. You can hear it on December 10 at 10 a.m.
The week leading up to Christmas will feature a holiday special each night in addition to the festive and lovely selections played by our hosts throughout the day. Some annual favorites include A Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols from King鈥檚 College, Cambridge, the traditional St. Olaf Christmas Festival, and A Chanticleer Christmas.
You can also enjoy some new specials including 鈥淚n Winter鈥檚 Glow鈥� for the Solstice, 鈥淐hristmas as Home鈥� with the acclaimed Imani Winds, and a New Year鈥檚 Eve Celebration with the Minnesota Orchestra.
